Ever since the new windows 10 update (09-Aug-2016) I'm only able to play the game at maxed 60fps, even when the Vsync in the game setting are turned off. I even went to Nvidia control panel and turn off Vsync for BF4 and yet the game is still only running at capped 60fps. Nov 20, 2018 · In the folder where the log.txt and the mods are located is a game.xml. I am not sure if that works but there are the entries for vsync and adaptive vsync, adaptive can´t be turned off via the normal menu, try to change that setting (or actually both settings) in the .xml to false.
